Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at help@Clutterfly.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
